many people forget to do this when they go into stage fright shock. The most important thing to do is take a deep breathe count to 10 in your head and breathe, you will feel alot better.

Exit Sign

A little trick i was taught back in high school by my music teacher was to look at the back of the room at the exit sign. If looking at audience makes you terrified then focus on the exit sign and perform until your comfortable.

Take the emotion and feelings you feel for the piece you will be performing and express and channel them into your performance and wow your audience. Express yourself!
